or 1 cup sautéed onions + 1 teaspoon onion powder

tomato ketchup

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine pork mince, French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix well.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles. Place filling in the center of each rectangle.
Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges. Brush with egg wash made from beaten egg and milk.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
You can add cheese and fresh herbs to the filling for extra flavor. Adjust the spice level with chili flakes as desired.
