Ingredients
  

For the Rice

  • 1 cup Arborio Rice Rinse before cooking to prevent clumping.
  • 4 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth Adds depth of flavor.

For the Aromatics

  • 2 large Yellow Onions Slice thinly for even cooking.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme Finely chopped.

For the Creaminess

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Adds richness.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized.
  • Add minced garlic and chopped thyme to the onions. Stir for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add Arborio rice to the pan and stir until the rice is well coated with the butter and onion mixture.
  • Pour in the chicken broth gradually, stirring frequently. Cook until the rice is creamy and tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

You can add more herbs or spices according to your taste.
