Ingredients
  

For the Stuffing Balls

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Form mixture into balls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

Notes

These stuffing balls can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
