For the Chicken

For the Vegetables

For the Seasoning and Cheese

fajita seasoning

cream cheese

shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
Olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook until they are tender.
Stir in the fajita seasoning and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
You can add other vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
