For the Cinnamon Sugar

Instructions
Mix all dough ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
Prepare the filling by combining cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, strawberries, and jam.
Roll out dough, spread filling, and roll into a log. Cut into rolls.
Mix cinnamon sugar ingredients and sprinkle over rolls. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
Make frosting by mixing cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla.
Frost the rolls and top with graham cracker crumbs and fresh strawberries.
Notes
For best results, serve warm. You can also use frozen strawberries.
