Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam

For the Cinnamon Sugar

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter, softened

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For Topping

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Fresh strawberry slices

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dough ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  • Prepare the filling by combining cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, strawberries, and jam.
  • Roll out dough, spread filling, and roll into a log. Cut into rolls.
  • Mix cinnamon sugar ingredients and sprinkle over rolls. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
  • Make frosting by mixing cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla.
  • Frost the rolls and top with graham cracker crumbs and fresh strawberries.

Notes

For best results, serve warm. You can also use frozen strawberries.
