For the Dough

refrigerated flaky layer biscuit dough
For the Filling

pizza or marinara sauce

shredded low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

mini pepperoni slices

finely diced bell peppers
red, green, yellow, or orange

Optional additions
cooked & crumbled beef sausage, pre-cooked diced beef ham, sautéed mushrooms (ensure fully cooked/sautéed and drained)
Non-stick cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray or olive oil.
Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit and place it in a muffin tin cup.
Fill each biscuit with pizza sauce, cheese, and your choice of toppings. Top with additional cheese if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
