Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 8 oz large macaroni elbow pasta
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 leaves stalks of celery plus the celery, finely chopped
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions
 

  • Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, chopped celery, red onion, carrot, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, and dill. Mix well.
  • Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add other vegetables or proteins to customize your salad.
