frozen bread dough, thawed

granulated sugar

ground cinnamon

unsalted butter, melted
Icing
1
cup
powdered sugar
2–3
tablespoon
milk
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together.
Roll out the thawed bread dough and brush it with melted butter.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
While the bread is cooling, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Drizzle the icing over the warm bread before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add more cinnamon to the sugar mixture.
