Delicious Millionaire Cheesecake Salad
This Millionaire Cheesecake Salad combines fruit, cream cheese, and whipped topping for a sweet and creamy dessert.
Ingredients
Fruits
- 40 ounces pineapple chunks well drained
- 20 ounces maraschino cherries drained
Other Ingredients
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 package cream cheese 8 ounces, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container whipped topping 8 ounces, thawed
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, and sweetened flaked coconut.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Combine the cream cheese mixture with the fruit mixture. Stir in chopped pecans or walnuts if desired.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.

This salad can be made a day ahead. Keep it covered in the refrigerator.
