For the Slaw

For the Dressing

lime juice

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, cabbage, carrot, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the slaw and mix well.
Notes
This slaw can be served immediately or chilled in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
