Ingredients
  

For the Wraps

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage green or purple
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 each red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 each green onions, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

For the Thai Peanut Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • 2–3 tablespoon warm water to thin

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili flakes, and warm water until smooth. Adjust the water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Spread the mixture onto the tortillas, drizzle with the peanut sauce, and wrap tightly.
