- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked rice white, brown, or Mexican-style
- 2 cups Nacho cheese Doritos lightly crushed
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Salsa or pico de gallo
- 1 Sliced avocado or ½ cup Guacamole
- ½ cup Black beans or corn kernels
Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Divide cooked rice into bowls.
Top rice with seasoned ground beef.
