Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix the chicken, cheeses, spices, and cilantro until well combined.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling on each tortilla, roll it tightly, and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Lightly spray the taquitos with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
