Ingredients
  

For the Burger

  • 2 large croissants sliced in half
  • 1 lb ground beef use high-quality for best flavor
  • 4 slices cheese cheddar, American, or Swiss

For the Toppings

  • 4 leaves fresh lettuce adds crunch and freshness
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 6-8 slices pickles for tangy crunch
  • to taste salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Form the ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the patties on the skillet and smash them down using a spatula.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheese slices during the last minute.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the croissants and adding lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
