Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs

  • 32 ounces frozen meatballs (beef or turkey)

For the Sauce

  • 24 ounces marinara sauce

For the Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Sandwich

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter (optional, for toasting)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until meatballs are heated through.
  • Serve meatballs on hoagie rolls and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Optionally, toast the rolls with butter.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

This recipe is great for a quick weeknight dinner. You can use any type of frozen meatballs.
