Instructions
Add chicken, onion, garlic, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
Cook on low for 4 hours. Before serving, add tortellini and spinach, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
This soup can be adjusted for spice with red pepper flakes or made lighter by using half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
