Ingredients
  

For the Casserole

  • 1 package Wellshire Premium Beef Franks
  • 2 14.7 oz cans favorite chili or 4 cups of your own homemade chili
  • 12 oz thick shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Optional Ingredients

  • Sour Cream for serving
  • Green Onions for garnish

For the Topping

  • 1 28 oz bag tater tots

Instructions
 

  • Place the beef franks in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
  • Pour the chili over the franks, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Layer the tater tots on top of the cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  • Serve with sour cream and green onions if desired.

Notes

You can use homemade chili for a personal touch.
