Instructions
Add the shaved beef, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, and beef broth to the Crock Pot.
Stir in the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
During the last 30 minutes, add the cheese tortellini and stir well.
