Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes

  • 1.5 lbs small potatoes

For the Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Boil the small potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash each potato with a fork.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Notes
