Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

For Cooking

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the diced potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  • Mix in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper into the mashed potatoes.
  • Form the mixture into small balls.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the potato balls until golden brown.
