Instructions
In a large skillet, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
Add crushed tomatoes, parsley, oregano, tomato paste, and pepperoni to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Take a wrap and place a portion of the filling in the center. Top with mozzarella and roll it up tightly.
Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the rolls on the sheet and spray with oil.
Bake until golden brown and crispy. Serve with your favorite sauce.
Notes
You can customize the filling by adding vegetables or using different cheeses.
