Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 14 oz crushed tomatoes I use Cento San Marzano crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 oz flat-leaf parsley freshly chopped for vibrant flavor
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano crushed between your fingers to release more flavor
  • 2.2 lb lean ground beef 95% lean for best results
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • spray oil
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 5.2 oz pepperoni coarsely chopped

For Assembling

  • sauce of your choice
  • 6 wraps large (about 10-inch diameter)
  • 7.05 oz shredded low-fat mozzarella Belgioioso is a good brand

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, parsley, oregano, tomato paste, and pepperoni to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Take a wrap and place a portion of the filling in the center. Top with mozzarella and roll it up tightly.
  • Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the rolls on the sheet and spray with oil.
  • Bake until golden brown and crispy. Serve with your favorite sauce.

Notes

You can customize the filling by adding vegetables or using different cheeses.
