Parmesan Cheese

parmesan cheese, grated, divided
Garnish
parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, olive oil, salt, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and rosemary. Toss until well coated.
Spread the carrot mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender and edges are crispy. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add more herbs or spices to the carrot mixture.
