Instructions
Peel the onions and cut them into bloom shapes.
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk together.
Dip the onions first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan and spray with cooking spray.
Fry the onions until golden brown on all sides.
Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
