Instructions
Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
In a shallow dish, mix flour, panko breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce to make the sandwich sauce.
Slice the rolls and spread the sauce on both sides. Layer with romaine lettuce, crispy chicken, and Caesar dressing. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
