Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb Salmon Fillets Fresh and skinless, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil For frying

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Creamy base of the sauce
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce Adds sweetness and heat
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha For spice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Balances the heat
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Adds tanginess

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the salmon cubes in the flour mixture.
  • Dip the coated salmon pieces in beaten eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • For the bang bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until well combined.
  • Serve the crispy salmon bites with the bang bang sauce on the side.

Notes

You can adjust the spice level of the bang bang sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
