Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings

For the Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and then toss them in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
