Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and then toss them in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
