Ingredients
  

For the Potato Wedges

  • 2 large Russet Potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil adds richness and helps the seasoning stick
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for a smoky flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder adds depth and aroma
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder enhances the savory flavor
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper for a slight kick

Optional Garnish

  • Parmesan Cheese sprinkle for garnish
  • Fresh Parsley sprinkle for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with parmesan cheese or fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
