Look for thick, even cuts.

olive oil
Regular, not extra virgin.

garlic powder
This sticks better than fresh garlic.

paprika
Use sweet or smoked.

salt
Kosher salt sticks better than table salt.

Freshly cracked if desired.

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Coat the cod fillets with the spice mixture.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Notes
Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
