ripe tomatoes (diced)

heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add diced tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to combine.
Stir in chopped basil and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can add grated cheese on top for extra flavor.
