For the Pudding

fresh strawberries
stems removed and halved

unsweetened vanilla almond milk
or milk of choice

strawberry Greek yogurt

vanilla extract

chia seeds

pure maple syrup
Optional Toppings

tablespoon
almond butter
whipped cream
for topping
Instructions
Blend strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in chia seeds.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
Serve with optional toppings if desired.
Notes
For a thicker pudding, add more chia seeds. For a sweeter taste, adjust the maple syrup to your preference.
