Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and sour cream, and bring to a simmer.
  • Add chicken broth and rice to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover and cook until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
