Ingredients

  • 12 oz Lasagna Noodles No-boil preferred for quick prep.
  • 1 cup Crab Meat Imitation crab can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.

Cheese Blend

  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Low-fat options can be used.
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese can be substituted.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Consider adding more for topping.

Sauces and Seasonings

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half as a lighter alternative.
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Homemade version recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Optional for heat.
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley Fresh, for garnish.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh minced garlic preferred.
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Butter can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Crushed crackers can also work.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and crab meat, cooking until shrimp is opaque.
  • In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
  • Layer the lasagna noodles, seafood mixture, and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  • Top with breadcrumbs and chili flakes.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

You can substitute ingredients based on your preference. This dish pairs well with a side salad.
