Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2–3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

For the Beans and Vegetables

  • 1 can Great Northern beans 15.5 oz, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans 15.5 oz, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chilis 15.5 oz, drained
  • ½ cup whole kernel corn frozen

For the Seafood

  • 1 cup shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 5 oz lump crab
  • 5 oz lobster meat
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined

For Seasoning

  • to taste seafood seasoning
  • to taste chili powder
  • to taste cumin
  • to taste red cayenne pepper
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and chopped onion, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and add the Great Northern beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the crab, lobster, and shrimp, cooking until seafood is heated through.
  • Season with seafood seasoning, chili powder, cumin, red cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to taste.

Notes

You can adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
