Instructions
Cook the penne pasta in a large pot according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, grated Parmesan, dried Italian herbs, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
You can add vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
