Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Mix in ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chicken broth or pasta water. Stir until well combined.
Add cooked pasta, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and heat through.
Notes
For extra creaminess, you can add more ricotta or a splash of cream.
