Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream or to taste
  • ½ cup parmigiano reggiano or to taste
  • 5 leaves fresh basil chopped
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 20 ounce package refrigerated ravioli (prepared according to package directions)

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in tomato paste and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add heavy cream and stir well.
  • Mix in parmigiano reggiano until melted.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Toss cooked ravioli in the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh basil.
  • Serve immediately.
