For the Dip

  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup parmigiano reggiano grated
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup dill pickle diced
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmigiano reggiano, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, dill pickles, and dill.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined. Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
