Ingredients

For the Veggies

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Other veggies like spinach or green beans can be used.

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half can be used for a lighter option.
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano is a good alternative.
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Butter or avocado oil can be used.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix in cooked rice until well combined and heated through.
  • Serve immediately.
