For the Salad

ditalini pasta or elbow macaroni
You can use your preferred pasta shape.

red bell pepper, chopped

ribs
celery, finely chopped

cup
red onion, finely chopped
½

sweet pickles, chopped

hard boiled eggs, chopped
Macaroni Salad Dressing

cup
mayonnaise

tablespoons
apple cider vinegar

tablespoon
Dijon mustard

tablespoon
sugar

black pepper
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, red bell pepper, celery, red onion, sweet pickles, and chopped hard boiled eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
