Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 24 squares graham crackers
  • ¼ cup sugar

For the Lemon Filling

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 12oz
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham crackers, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Chill the lemon squares for a firmer texture before serving.
