For the Crust

For the Lemon Filling

sweetened condensed milk

lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham crackers, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over the crust.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Chill the lemon squares for a firmer texture before serving.
