For the Crust

unsalted butter
melted

For the Lemon Filling

can (12oz)
sweetened condensed milk

cup
lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker squares, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over the crust.
Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
These lemon squares are best served chilled. You can add powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
