For the Corn

  • 4 cups corn kernels frozen or fresh

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese softened
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne or smoked paprika optional for heat

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the corn and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in honey, heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes until heated through.
  • If desired, add a pinch of cayenne or smoked paprika for extra flavor.

Notes

Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. You can use fresh corn when in season for better flavor.
