Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Broth

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water

For the Noodles

  • 3 packs ramen noodles discard the seasoning packets

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

For Garnish

  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced for garnish
  • to taste Fresh cilantro for garnish, optional
  • as needed Vegetables of your choice (e.g., spinach, bok choy, bell peppers)

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add chicken breasts to the pot and cook until browned. Pour in chicken broth and water, bring to a boil.
  • Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot and garnish with green onions and cilantro.

Notes

You can add any vegetables you like to make this dish more nutritious.
