Instructions
In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken breasts to the pot and cook until browned. Pour in chicken broth and water, bring to a boil.
Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
