For the Lasagna

cooked, shredded chicken breast

For the White Sauce

garlic, minced

onion, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer noodles, chicken, spinach mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, and white sauce. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving. You can add more vegetables or different cheeses for variations.
