  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream (3%)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 cup raspberry jam warmed

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, eggs, melted butter, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the mixture. Stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ⅔ full.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  • Serve warm with raspberry jam on top.

Notes

You can use different cheese varieties for a unique flavor. Try adding herbs for extra taste.
