Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, eggs, melted butter, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the mixture. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ⅔ full.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
Serve warm with raspberry jam on top.
Notes
You can use different cheese varieties for a unique flavor. Try adding herbs for extra taste.
