For the Beef

For the Pasta

medium pasta shells
For the Sauce

heavy cream

yellow onion, finely chopped

garlic, minced

low-sodium beef broth

Italian seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
Stir in the beef broth and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Combine the cooked pasta shells with the beef sauce. Mix until well coated.
Serve hot.
Notes
You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
