  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the pie crusts and place them in pie dishes.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and orange zest until well combined.
  • In another bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, cornstarch, light brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Layer the cream cheese mixture in the pie crust, followed by the cranberry mixture.
  • For the crumb topping, mix melted butter, flour, light brown sugar, and chopped pecans until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cranberry layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
