Ingredients
  

For the Tart

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 4 ounces pancetta diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish

  • Fresh thyme sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Cut it into a rectangle or circle as desired.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Layer the sliced Brie cheese over the cranberry sauce.
  • Sprinkle the diced pancetta and fresh thyme leaves on top.
  • Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs before serving.

Notes

This tart is best served warm. You can use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience.
