For the Tart

puff pastry
thawed

Brie cheese
sliced

cup
cranberry sauce
homemade or store-bought

pancetta
diced

tablespoon
fresh thyme leaves

egg
beaten
for egg wash
Salt and pepper
to taste
For Garnish

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Cut it into a rectangle or circle as desired.
Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
Layer the sliced Brie cheese over the cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle the diced pancetta and fresh thyme leaves on top.
Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs before serving.
Notes
This tart is best served warm. You can use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience.
