  • ½ cup Queso dip Mild or spicy, it brings a delightful creamy texture and flavor kick.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped It brightens the filling with a refreshing herbal note.
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder For a subtle yet savory depth of flavor.
  • ¼ teaspoon Smoked paprika Adds a lovely smoky warmth to your mix.

For the Tortillas

  • 8 small Flour tortillas They’re pliable and perfect for wrapping up our seafood goodness.

For Frying

  • 2 tablespoon Butter or oil Use your favorite oil or butter for frying to give that golden crunch.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, queso dip, cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Fill each tortilla with the mixture, roll them up, and secure if necessary. Heat butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
