Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup crab meat shredded
  • 1 tablespoon green onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

For Wrapping

  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten

For Frying

  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with beaten egg, fold, and seal tightly.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown on both sides.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
